Five Core Values
of
MCIN Affiliated Master’s Commission Program
Master’s Commission International Network of Affiliates is operated to preserve the integrity and purity of the heart with which this intense discipleship-training program was created. The Five Core Values are required to be in operation in any Master’s Commission that is applying to become an Affiliate of the Master’s Commission International Network. These are foundational principals that are a part of running a program that mirrors the original heart of Master’s Commission. These must be a part of the structure in any Master’s Commission program that is an Affiliate of the M.C.I.N. At any time that these are not a part of the Master’s Commission program that is an Affiliate they are subject to loosing there Affiliate status with M.C.I.N.
1. Core Value: “An Emphasis on Personal Discipleship.”
A Master’s Commission Affiliate should have a mission of personal discipleship and mentoring. A Master’s Commission Affiliate leads disciples in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ for the development of the whole person.
2. Core Value: “An Emphasis on Personal Discipline.”
A Master’s Commission Affiliate should emphasize discipleship guidelines in the areas of integrity (no dating), self –discipline, and accountability to God and others.
3. Core Value: “An Emphasis on Passionate Prayer and Memorization.”
A Master’s Commission Affiliate should place a priority on fervent prayer, as well as the memorization of scripture. Prayer and scripture memory must be more than just a scheduled event, but rather a foundational part of the Master’s Commission experience.
4. Core Value: “An Emphasis on Evangelism.”
A Master’s Commission Affiliate should place a priority on effective evangelism, touching the heart of this culture. Creativity and quality should be key elements of a Master’s Commission’s evangelistic thrust. Each student should graduate with an inescapable conviction to reach the lost.
5. Core Value: “An Emphasis on Equipping the Christian to be Ministry Ready.”
A Master’s Commission Affiliate should work with the disciples to develop their full potential. Master’s Commission should inspire people to find their purpose in Christ and pursue a dream and vision from God for their life and ministry. A Master’s Commission should give World vision and “world-changer focus”…not only the heart, but also the foundation.
